We recently had a wonderful experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Morad, was extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was delightful. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away from public transportation and various amenities like money exchanges, restaurants, and supermarkets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and a spa center. we were impressed with the level of service and comfort provided by this hotel. We will definitely book here again for our future visits to this destination.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, with the Yenikapi metro station only a few minutes away. There are also many money exchanges, sim card shops, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. The staff is highly praised for their helpfulness and warm hospitality, with special mention to Ms. Meltem at reception and Mr Ali and Mr Ismail at night shift. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is nice.
The swimming pool's water was described as extremely cold, making it practically useless for guests.
